Our Advanced Service Management Program: Mastering Service Departement Capacity and Workflow focuses on the advanced elements of strategic planning and tools required to effectively reduce dwell time, lag time and overall RO cycle time. Including throughput process management and shop culture. This course provides a best proactive path for improved capacity and workflow management, leadership, and internal communications.
The Mastering Service Capacity and Workflow course will support your development of key indicators and process specific tools and methods to enhance daily efficiencies for your frontline workers and improve customer loyalty.
The outcomes of participating in this course are:
- Understand and develop your leadership methods that will drive change and manage your department culture
- Identify and minimize process waste
- Establish and manage the service flow
- Live estimating process and utilization of Decisiv/other estimating systems
- Understand and customize CDK reports tied to the key drivers and opportunities at your specific dealership
- Automating and scheduling CDK Reports
- Measure dwell, lag and cycle time. overflow and downtime
- Standard repair time development
- Leadership methods that drive change and manage your department culture
- Better information to make better decisions
Requirements:
- Basic service department management training or experience
- Basic CDK operation knowledge
Schedule:
- Eight sessions
- May 3rd, 5th, 9th & 12th, 2022
- 10am – 12pm CT and 2pm – 4pm CT daily
