Jeremy Smallwood is going into his 36th year in the heavy truck, trailer, and equipment industry. As a Professional Advisor for KEA, he works in fixed operations with a specialty in parts department operations. He can maximize any parts department to produce results on inventory integrity, inventory profitability, daily routines, and top line sales and gross profit. He loves a challenge, and loves finding that one thing that makes a profound difference. He enjoys working with people to make them better personally and professionally. He has a passion for teaching.
