Currently my role at KEA Advisors is that of Director of Strategic Operations which entails both the Accounting and Financial side of analyzing client financial statements, cash position and processes at a very detailed level looking for opportunity. Along with that on the strategic side I delve into the areas of succession planning and building the team for the future based on where you as a client want your business to be in the next 1,3 and 5 years.

I have an extensive background in the transportation, construction, manufacturing, and service environments as a business professional holding a BS in Business and Accounting and an MBA in finance from the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business. Currently I’m in the role of Director of Strategic Operations for KEA Advisors, prior to that I held the positions of VP of Finance and Truck Operations with Giles and Ransome CAT a $500M Caterpillar dealer with 13 locations, VP of Operations with K. Neal Truck and Bus. Prior to that I was the V.P. Chief Operating Officer for Beltway International a $150 million transportation company with 8 locations managing over 200 employees. I bring a documented history of effecting change, building relationships, and managing people to achieve and surpass the desired goals. I understand and have managed both the Operational and Financial/Accounting sides of these business units.

I have studied, competed, and taught the martial arts including weapons tactics for over 20 years and hold a 3rd degree black belt in Moo Duk Kwan which is an ancient form of the current discipline of Tae Kwon Do that originated from the 7 ancient clans in Korea. Moo Duk Kwan is a Korean martial art that combines traditional martial arts with Japanese karate. It emphasizes self-defense, discipline, strength, and personal growth.
