Allen Phibbs, is a seasoned senior leadership executive with over 40 years of experience in financial management, business strategy, and education. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, Allen has a proven track record of driving operational excellence, implementing innovative education programs, and guiding businesses through complex transformations.

As KEA Advisors Director of Education, Allen is responsible for leading the quality design and delivery of educational programs for commercial dealership leaders, fostering performance improvement and strategic growth.
In addition to nearly 15 years with KEA Advisors, Allen’s diverse expertise in commercial dealership operations includes: NADA Senior Director of Academy and 20 Group; NADA Academy Director; ATD Academy instructor; General Manager of a full-service truck and trailer dealership and ATD Academy graduate; and Manager of commercial dealership annual audit as a CPA.

With a strong foundation in finance, business strategy, and leadership development, Allen continues to drive impactful change, helping commercial dealerships and individuals reach their full potential. His self-reflective, interactive and energizing classroom approach keeps him in demand throughout the industry and beyond.

Allen is married to his high school sweetheart, has three adult sons and proud “Pop” to three grandchildren. Allen’s “guilty pleasure” is he is an avid college basketball fan.
